Cervical Screening

The SCPCN wants to improve prevention and early detection of cervical cancer. To increase routine screeing by patiets within the network, the SCPCN has collaborated with the Sundance Pap clinic. Patients requiring screening can see a female physician and nurse to have their PAP test completed. 

Eligibility:

• If you are between the ages of 18 of 69 and have ever had sexual intercourse or
• If you have had an hysterectomy (an operation to remove the uterus and maybe ovaries or cervix).
  

Referral Process:

• Physician Referral Required: No
• Self Referral: Yes
