Testing criteria now includes different symptoms for children and youth and adults. Use the COVID-19 Testing/Online Booking tool to complete a self-assessment.

MyHealth Records is the fastest way to access your COVID-19 test results. Parents can now access their children’s COVID-19 test results in addition to their own results by signing up for your MyHealth Records account at alberta.ca/myhealthrecords.

Programs and Services

Family physicians in south Calgary, that belong to the South Calgary PCN have additional supports to enhance patient care. Talk with your doctor as some programs require a referral. 

  • Time 2 Talk – a short term therapy program to assist with mental health issues. Doctor referred.
  • Pain Program – (in pilot phase) a six month program to assist patients with chronic pain. Doctor referred.
  • GLA:D – an osteoarthritis multi-week workshop to help with knee and hip pain. Doctor referred.
  • One to one appointment with social worker, dietitian, nurse practitioner, pharmacist, therapist and nurse to support physicians with patient issues. Doctor referred.
  • After Hours – Family physicians may be participating in an after-hours program, providing a phone number you can call should you need support after 5pm. Check with your clinic.
  • Health management workshops – no referral necessary. Check out the wide variety of workshops under the workshops tab. 
  • Behavioural Health providers are in clinics supporting physicians who have patients with a wide variety of health concerns like anxiety, stress, sleep, family problems, IBS, bereavement, anger, high cholesterol, chronic pain, depression, smoking, weight management, etc. Check with your clinic.
  • Prescription to Get Active – the program offers a trial membership to certain recreation facilities. Doctor referred.
